We have to live in harmony with nature SASD’s mission shall be to foster economic development that is environmentally and economically sustainable as well as socially responsible, providing jobs that grant a living wage within the greater Sullivan County region. SASD shall accomplish its mission through, but not limited to: providing educational talks, forums and workshops; publishing articles and advertisements; coordinating and cooperating with business, governmental and community organizations; conducting and collaborating on studies; serving as a resource for maintaining and disseminating relevant data and information; and promoting, planning and coordinating green building and renewable energy projects.
